The 'Legal Leadership Recognition 2026' ceremony, organized by Líderes Mexicanos, took place at the Marquis Reforma Hotel. This event was part of the eleventh edition of its special publication 'Lawyers: The Legal Structure of Mexico,' established as a benchmark in the sector. The event brought together prominent figures from the legal, business, and financial sectors, who all agreed on the importance of strengthening the rule of law through ethical professional practice. During his participation, he emphasized the importance of integrity in the legal profession and received a commemorative plaque from Raúl Ferráez. The main panel brought together strategic profiles of the national ecosystem, including Minister Yasmín Esquivel Mossa, Minister Giovanni Azael Figueroa Mejía, as well as private sector representatives like Guillermo Degollado and Erik Kogan, reflecting the intersection of law and business. In this edition, the publication distinguished professionals and institutions in seven categories, ranging from individual leadership to organizational performance. The country's legal community gathered in an evening marked by recognition, influence, and institutional projection during the Legal Leadership Recognition 2026 ceremony. Its methodology considers variables such as professional impact, innovation, presence in rankings, and social responsibility, elements that define the profile of a legal practice aligned with current demands. Internationally, Deloitte Legal received the International Legal Leadership award, and Coello Trejo was distinguished for her Career. The ceremony also included the presentation of commemorative covers to influential figures in the sector, such as Diego Ruiz Durán and representatives of BlackBox Startup Law, reinforcing the visibility of new legal models focused on innovation. With over a decade of history, this edition reaffirms the publication's role as a thermometer of legal performance in the country. The presence of Minister Hugo Aguilar Ortiz, head of the Supreme Court of Justice, gave the ceremony an institutional character. Among the awardees are Dr. Diego García Ricci for Legal Leadership; Elena Robles along with Estafeta in Corporate Law; and Dr. Fernando Batista Jiménez in Academic Excellence. Likewise, the Ruiz Durán firm was recognized as Law Firm of the Year, while Pablo Campuzano was named Lawyer of the Year.
